Order Cancellation and Modification
If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@damivas.com stating your order number. You have 24 hours after placing your order to cancel or modify it.
After this period, your order will already be in the process of being processed or shipped, and modifications will no longer be possible.
If your order is cancelled within the 24-hour period, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days.
Return Policy
- You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to request a return or an exchange.
- We accept returns of defective and non-defective products.
- We accept exchanges (subject to stock availability of the requested item).
- Restocking fees: None.
- Items must be new, unused, unopened, in their original packaging and never have been used.

Replacement of a Defective or Incorrect Item

Return Method and Shipping Costs
Returns are made by mail.
The return label is the customer's responsibility. Please ensure you generate and provide your own return label.
Return Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Address Verification
It is important to verify that the delivery address entered is correct. If an error is detected, please contact us immediately at support@damivas.com to request a correction, provided the order has not yet been processed.
Note: We cannot be held responsible for address errors provided by the customer or for packages not delivered due to incorrect or inaccessible addresses. If a package is returned to us, you can choose between a refund or a reshipment (depending on the order status and applicable shipping costs).
